Installation is not so easy but it works. I use it on my other WordPress site and it is great tweak for WP. When people search for something with Google and find your website, when they visit it from search engine, they see special part of your site (you can tweak it with any CSS and text that you want) telling them that they came from X search engine and were looking for Y. Besides that it show title of posts where the topic is similar to what they were searching for.
