The idea is traffic exchanges sites. For those of you who are not familiar with them basically they work like this: I visit your website and in exchange you visit mine. I am not sure if this is ok with Google AdSense, maybe this sounds stupid but i am pretty sure i read something about this kind of traffic generator that is not ok with AdSense.

On Digital Point forum one of users post great list of social bookmarking services with PR informations which is great because it does make a difference if you have backlinks from a site with a PR of 0 or 5. List is huge so it probably take time to use all off those services.
