The idea is traffic exchanges sites. For those of you who are not familiar with them basically they work like this: I visit your website and in exchange you visit mine. I am not sure if this is ok with Google AdSense, maybe this sounds stupid but i am pretty sure i read something about this kind of traffic generator that is not ok with AdSense.
